Up for sale Phase Linear 400II. Another of my Ebay parts/repair finds. Cleaned inside & out. Amp is rated at 210watts per channel.
Awesome sounding amp…it’s plug & play!

Below are the parts that were replaced:

2 new main filter caps—-United Chemi-Con 10,000uf
Small resistors on driver board are new Xicon 1% metal film
4 new Nichicon audio grade electrolytic caps on the driver board
2 new TI op-amp IC’s
2 new zener diodes in power supply
new speaker terminals
2 new RCA input jacks
all new Nichicon electrolytic caps on the meter boards (there are 19 or 20 of these)
protection board added(when PL built the amp they decided not to include one)…this cost $100 by it’s self–plus I had to install it.
driver & output transistors pulled & tested…outputs reinstalled with new mica insulators & thermal grease
Also added a couple improvements to Op-amps & power supply circuits.
